The York commercial – 2 x 25kg (55lbs) rubber hex dumbbells utilise rubber coated heads that ensure safety for surrounding equipment and flooring. The heads are also torque threaded to provide permanent fixing to the handles. An anti-roll safety design prevents the dumbbells from rolling away when set aside. They also have chrome plated knurled steel handles for a secure and comfortable grip. The York dumbbells are perfect for performing biceps curls, lateral or frontal movements that challenge the arms, triceps exercises as well as back exercises. They are sold as a pair.
